Ola Ajala & Co. is a professional firm of accountants rendering audit, taxation and accountancy services to Business, Non-Business organizations and Government Departments and Parastatals. The firm was registered as a Partnership in 1993 and commenced public practice in February 1994.
The sister firm, OAC Consult, is a firm of Professional Managers, Tax and Financial experts established to provide financial and management services to Clients especially in the area of training, design and computerisation of accounting systems.

Our mission is to maintain and promote a viable, solid and reputable new generation Professional Organisation identifiable with qualitative, timely, and reliable professional services delivery to our clients; provide fulfilling careers for our employees; and in the process achieve financial success and contribute to National growth through manpower development in our areas of specialization.

We will jealously guard the confidentiality of all clients’ information and will not without the express permission of our clients give away information relating to them. We will accept only those assignments we are qualified to perform which will provide real benefit to our clients.

Ola Ajala started his working career as an Accounts Clerk at G. B. Ollivant Nig. Ltd, Lagos between 1977 and 1980. He worked as an Accountant with Tropical Fisheries Ltd, Lagos between 1986 and 1987. He joined Gabe Fasoto & Co. (Chartered Accountants) in 1988 for his professional training and worked with Afro-Continental Nigeria Limited, Lagos as a Treasury Accountant and Metro-Lion (Nig.) Ltd, Lagos as Group Finance & Administrative Manager, between 1990 and 1991.
He returned to Gabe Fasoto & Co. at the end of 1991 as Systems Analyst. Ola left employment for full time public practice in February 1994. He has been an Assessor and Examiner of ICAN since 1990 and serves as committee member on the Committees of Council of The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) including Chairman – Induction Subcommittee for two years. A professional to the core, he also serves on the Parish Church Council of St. Paul’s Anglican Church, Idi-Oro Archdeaconry, as Chairman – Financial Advisory Committee, and also member of Finance & Investment Committee of the Mainland Diocese of Lagos – Anglican Communion.

A Business Administration graduate of the University of Ilorin, Mr Adeniji also holds an MBA of University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. Mr. Adeniji is also an Associate member of the Chartered Taxation Institute of Nigeria. He has hands on experience in both Accountancy and Financial Advisory Services and Audit of Financial Statements.
Mr. Adeniji started his working career with Dolu Consultants, a firm of Management Consultants before joining Ojo Alao & Co a firm of Chartered Accountants for his Articleship. He later joined Tell Communications Ltd (Publishers of Tell Magazine) in 1994 as the Head of Internal Audit, and rising, to the post of Chief Internal Auditor before he move into full time practice.
Mr. Adeniji has participated in several management seminars and facilitated at numerous training on capacity building. He also led many Audit Teams on audit assignments to manufacturing and service industries. Mr. Adeniji has been widely exposed to accounting software implementation, computer and system audit, tax planning and consultancy for small and large organizations.
